Dimello coffee is produced in a state-of-the-art coffee processing unit with sophisticated equipment, by a highly trained team, the Dimello specialists – who are strictly committed to the continuous development of the Dimello quality.
The total capacity of the production line of beans, which consists of roasting units and the packaging line, with the boxing and the automatic palletizing system (end of line packaging), exceeds 1500kg/hour. At the same time, there are two more production lines operating, mainly for ground coffee, with their corresponding automated systems.
In addition, the company has an integrated pre-cleaning system for green coffee
– the only one in Greece and the Balkans –, which is rarely encountered even at a European level.
There are three separate stations: a new type of cleaning system with sieves, a de-stoning system, and of course, its strong suit, the color-sorter.
This state-of-the-art technology, in conjunction with the continuous quality controls that take place at all stages of the production process – from ordering the raw material up until the final stage of the end product – allow us to get as close as possible to our goal, which is summed up in the phrase “zero defect”.
